So here's little B's take on Idol last night:
"Mom, what did Salmon say?"
I was confused.
"The one that says 'the wrong song'."
Ah, Simon. Yes, some of his comments a little fishy. It's not that he says it, it's HOW he says it. (Another plug for a favorite quote, "The way you say things matters".)
So, all you Idol fans, who are you voting for these days?
I adore Brooke as a person. She's pretty good as a singer too. She's Bella's favorite.
Chikezie did an amazing performance. His vocals are usually flawless. I voted for him.
Syesha was a favorite in the beginning, but I haven't been impressed with her.
John voted for David Cook.
Zack voted for David Archuleta (who forgot the lyrics last night!)

Brooke reminds me of Karin Bergquist from Over The Rhine, and therefore . . you know.
D.A. forgot the words?!? Yikes - we've been gone and watched zero TV... I still think he'll win though. He has my continuous vote. :-)
Oh V, You'll have to watch footage. It was quite noticable (in a few spots)! Zack just loves him though. I think the fact that he wasn't flawless made Zack want to vote for him more.
